According to the ranking performed by the reputable Spanish firm “Monitoreo Empresarial de Reputacion Corporativa (MERCO)”, and published in the latest edition of Vistazo magazine, La Fabril , headquartered at Montecristi, placed number 16 among the top companies with the highest reputation in Ecuador.
During 2017, MERCO performed an arduous study in the country to measure, among other areas, the internal reputation, the ethics, the corporate responsibility, the communication, the international dimension, and innovation of the companies.
In order to establish the rankings, MERCO interviewed opinion leaders, financial analysts, and area specialists throughout the country.
Listed here are in addition, well-known business leaders such as Don Carlos Gonzalez-Artigas, who stands out as one of the best recognized and respected businessmen nationwide, placed at number 12.
Presently, La Fabril is the largest Company from Manabi in the country, which generates over 2500 direct jobs and boosts the economic development of the entire province. The Company has escalated from the 2016 ranking, when it placed at number 17.
