At the new edition of the Ekos de Oro 2018 Awards, organized by Corporación Ekos and the international auditing firm Deloitte, La Fabril was awarded the distinction as the most efficient company in the oil and fats extraction and production sector, according to a survey of the same Corporation as well as to information provided by the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance in fiscal year 2017.

At the new edition of the Ekos de Oro 2018 Awards, organized by Corporación Ekos and the international auditing firm Deloitte, La Fabril was awarded the distinction as the most efficient company in the oil and fats extraction and production sector, according to a survey of the same Corporation as well as to information provided by the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance in fiscal year 2017.

Within the framework of this event that is organized every year to rate the performance and leadership of Ecuadorian companies, the founder and President of La Fabril, Carlos González – Artigas Díaz, thanked EKOS for the recognition and affirmed “he receives it with utmost satisfaction, on behalf of the more than five thousand workers that make up Grupo La Fabril”.

During the award-giving ceremony, the economy and marketing research unit of Grupo Ekos established that Aceite La Favorita (oil), by La Fabril, is in second place of the top 5 most remembered national brands in 2018, in the products category.

“We are aware that always making our best effort, is the only path to uphold the leadership of our products in the Ecuadorian and exports markets,” concluded Carlos González – Artigas Díaz.

At present, La Fabril is one of the companies with more presence in Ecuadorian homes, through it’s over 20 commercial brands and close to 700 presentations that reach over 50 thousand points of sale nationwide.
